What we collect
Apex Lighting respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you request a quote, book service or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, project details and payment information. Our website may also collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and analytics.
How we use and share it
We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, process payments, send service and billing messages, and improve our website. We may send occasional seasonal reminders; reply STOP or unsubscribe at any time.
We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business: Jobber (quotes, scheduling and invoicing), our payment processor, and Wix (website hosting). We never sell your information.
We may share photos of displays we install without showing house numbers, street names or anything that identifies your address. To opt out, let us know before installation.
