Refund Policy
Deposits and cancellations
A 50% deposit is due when you approve your quote. It covers your materials and reserves your installation date.
Within three business days of approving your quote: cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
After three business days: materials have usually been ordered. Your refund is your deposit minus any labor completed and the cost of materials that can't be reused on another job, such as aluminum channel ordered in your home's trim color.
Multi-year holiday agreements
To cancel a remaining year, tell us in writing before August 1 of that year. Payments for completed seasons are not refunded, and multi-year discounts received for completed seasons are repaid.
How to request a refund
